I teach a beautiful energetic blend of Ki yoga and Vinyasa Yoga, resulting in the body being balanced through the clearing of the meridians in Ki, building strength through the dynamic flow of Vinyasa Yoga.

All ages and levels are welcomed.

For the mature age students, focus is on poses that build and maintain strength in the body in preparation for the advanced years. Eg standing poses that build strength in the legs and gentle balance poses that are so important.

All classes start with a short breathwork practice, as the breath, through all yoga practices is the key component.

Classes end with a short guided relaxation.

All mats are provided but you are very welcome to bring your along own.

Classes are customised to the seasons, based on Chinese Medicine's 5 Element Theory as well as the needs, level and health of the students.
